Cleeve Common joins Countryside Mobility!
Cleeve Common is now part of the Countryside Mobility hire scheme, making it easier for more visitors to explore this well-loved Cotswold landscape using an all-terrain Tramper.
Known for its wide views and open skies, Cleeve Common is the highest hill in Gloucestershire and the largest area of common land in the Cotswolds. From the route, you can look out across the Severn Valley, Forest of Dean, Black Mountains, Malvern Hills, and as far south as Cheltenham and the Bristol Channel. On a clear day, you can also see north towards Winchcombe.
The route available for Tramper users is about 2 miles long, with a shorter option available. Over time, there are hopes to expand the route further.
