New Access to the Jurassic Coast

Two iconic sections of the Jurassic Coast can now be accessed thanks to partnerships with the National Trust.

The last 2 months has seen two new hire locations at key points along the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. Tramper hire is now available at Studland – to access the walk towards Old Harry Rocks – and at Stonebarrow – to access the Golden Cap Estate. Both offer outstanding views of some the most well known landmarks and spectacular viewpoints along the Jurassic Coast.

Neil Warren, Countryside Mobility Project Manager, is delighted. “The Jurassic Coast is one of the most spectacular and popular coastlines in the country and we are really grateful to our National Trust partners in making these new opportunities available. We know from our existing hire location how it can transform the experience for visitors and locals, enabling friends and families to be able to access and enjoy these locations rather than having to be seperated.”

They join a number of other popular hire locations along or adjacent to the World Heritage Site which takes in Devon and Dorset:
