Renew your membership
Renewing your annual Countryside Mobility membership
Most people who take out an annual membership look to continue to use the service year on year. As a small charity project, this makes a real difference in enabling us to keep offering the service. We’re grateful for your support, and hope that renewing your membership provides another year of great experiences.
Annual membership costs £15
Renew your membership online
Unlike when you first become a member, you do not have to renew your membership at a hire location. Most people find it easiest to renew online:
- Have your current membership card ready which has your membership number on the front
- You’ll also need a debit / credit card to make payment
- Enter your membership expiry date to get started
- You should receive a confirmation message
- We will send you a new membership card within 15 working days
Enter your membership expiry date to get started:
Sorry, we can't renew your membership online
We're really pleased that you want to continue using Countryside Mobility but, unfortunately, we cannot renew a membership that has lapsed for more than 3 months.
Don't worry. All you need to do is to take out a new Annual Membership when you next go to hire a Tramper at one of our partner sites. This will also mean that you don't miss out on the time that has passed since your last Annual Membership expired.
If you have any questions, please contact us. Telephone 01392 459222 or email info@countrysidemobility.org
We're really pleased that you'd like to renew your Countryside Mobility membership but you're a little early.
You can renew anything up to 3 months before the expiry date of your current Annual Membership, so please do return during that time.

The renewal process explained
Reminders
Around a month before the expiry date on your annual membership you will receive a reminder to renew your membership (usually by email, but by post if not).
Don’t delay!
Please ensure that you renew your membership before the expiry date. If your membership lapses, then the best thing to do is to simply take out a new annual membership when you next hire a Tramper. This will ensure that you get a full year.
Check for any changes in circumstances
Before you renew your membership please ensure that you read our Medical Guidance and Terms and Conditions of use.
Refresher Tramper training
Please carry out refresher training on how the Tramper operates the next time you hire. You can also watch the Tramper introduction video if it has been a while since you last used a Tramper.
Alternatives to renewing online
By post
You can print a copy of the renewal form and send, with a cheque:
RENEWAL membership form (MS Word version)
RENEWAL membership form (PDF version)
Ensure your cheque for the £15 fee is made payable to Living Options Devon. Post the cheque and form to us at the following address: Countryside Mobility, c/o Living Options Devon, Units 3-4 Cranmere Court, Lustleigh Close, Exeter, EX2 8PW
If you do not have access to a printer, please contact us and we will arrange to post the form to you.
At a Partner Hire Location
Providing your membership has not lapsed a partner site will be able to complete your renewal application and payment. They will then inform Countryside Mobility to send you a new membership.
