During the video, Mike and Carol are visiting Woolacombe, one of our Countryside Mobility partner sites.
Mike first discovered Tramper hire during a visit to RHS Rosemoor. What started as a single visit soon became something much more. Since then, Mike and Carol have made the most of Mike’s annual membership with Countryside Mobility.
They regularly use local hire locations across North Devon, giving them the freedom to enjoy the countryside together. Mike has also benefited from the complimentary two week membership with Outdoor Mobility, allowing them to explore even further afield through its network in the north of England.
Explore Woolacombe Warren by Tramper
As well as sharing their story we filmed Mike and Carol exploring one of the Tramper routes at Woolacombe.
This is a really special coastal route taking in sweeping views as you pass through the undulating dunes of Woolacombe Warren before making your way up to the Porthole Café. This is a great place to stop and take in the panoramic views before heading back towards Woolacombe. The video was filmed in February so shows perfectly how – with the right weather – hiring a Tramper can be a great experience all year round.
