Membership Renewal & Upgrade

Thank you for choosing to upgrade or renew your membership. Your support helps us expand what we can offer to you.

Before you renew your membership please read our Medical Guidance and Terms and Conditions of use.

You can upgrade your Taster Membership anytime within a month from when you first took out the Taster Membership. The Annual Membership will start from the date of your Taster Membership. 

You can upgrade or renew online or by post. 


If you have any difficulties using our online system please email or telephone 01392 459222 (and ask for Countryside Mobility).

  1. Complete either the ONLINE RENEWAL FORM  or ONLINE UPGRADE FORM as appropriate
  2. Return to this page
  3. From the dropdown list below select the relevant fee that you are paying
  4. Click on 'Add to Cart' to make your payment via Paypal
  5. You do not need to have a Paypal account. You can pay with your normal debit/credit cardJust choose the 'Check Out - Pay without a Paypal account' option.

You can apply to upgrade up to 8 weeks after you first joined the scheme.
