5 Things to Remember when Renewing
Don't let it lapse - We cannot renew a membership that has lapsed so please ensure your membership is renewed promptly. If your membership lapses rather than renew your membership you will need to go to hire a Tramper at your chosen location and take out a new Annual membership.
Check the small print - Before you renew your membership please ensure that you read our Medical Guidance and Terms and Conditions of use.
Remember to pay - Online renewal is in two stages. First, complete the online form. Return to this page and then, the second stage is to make payment. To do this, select the link that takes you to the page for making payment. If we don't receive payment as well the completed form we won't be able to process your renewal or upgrade. If using the post option don't forget to include your cheque.
Cheques payable to Living Options Devon – Please ensure your cheque is made out to our charity, Living Options Devon, not Countryside Mobility.
No renewals by phone – Unfortunately, our charity doesn’t have the resources to accept payment by phone. Please choose to renew online (our preferred method) or by post.

Please note that if an Annual Membership has lapsed by more than 3 months, we cannot renew it. Instead book a Tramper at your chosen location to visit and take out a new Annual membership.
