Moors Valley Country Park

One of the most popular hire locations in Countryside Mobility. 2 Trampers are available to hire at Moors Valley Country Park FOR FREE from 9.30am until 4.30pm (later in the summer).

At Moors Valley there is something for everyone whether you want to explore the miles of well signed paths in the peaceful forest, relax with some fishing on the lake, experience a ride on an authentic narrow-gauge steam train,  or even take part in more adventurous activities like ‘Go Ape’ on a high wire forest adventure swinging through the tree tops.

‘Seasons’ Restaurant is open daily from 9.00am to 4.30pm (later in summer) for freshly cooked breakfasts, light lunches, homemade cakes and speciality coffees.

Visitors with vehicles that are road tax exempt for disability may park for free. Simply go to the Information Point in the Visitor Centre with your proof of tax exemption and your registration number for validation. Disabled (blue) badge holders are liable to normal car park charges
