The Tramper is hired from the award winning, Highlands End Holiday Park, which itself provides a great option for those wanting to stay longer to enjoy the full experience of West Dorset. With two other Tramper hire locations within 10 miles and others within easy reach it would be easy to fill a week of different visits.
Tramper Routes
There is an extensive network of Tramper routes on offer from Highland’s End. The most popular option – and easiest for first time users – are the routes leading gently down to West Bay, the popular coastal village. Made famous as the setting of programmes such as Harbour Lights and Broadchurch, the combination of a bustling harbour, coastal scenery and a wide range of places to eat, provides plenty to enjoy on arrival (although remember that the Tramper is not designed for inside use so must always be left out of enclosed buildings/ spaces).
Those short of time can go directly from the holiday park to the cliff top view point in just 10 minutes from the hire point.

Hiring the Tramper
Advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment – particularly during school holidays and weekends in the spring and summer. Contact the holiday park reception using the contact details below to make arrangements. There is a small hourly hire fee that helps them to cover the costs of their Tramper lease and being able to offer this service.
