Taking in lakes, temples, formal gardens and woodland the Tramper provides easy access enabling you to explore the extensive grounds and easing you up and down the hills that make up much of the property.
As well as the gardens attractions include a contemporary art gallery, plant centre, second hand book shop and gift shop. There is also an excellent choice of refreshments at the Stables Restaurant and Caffe and Gelato.
Hiring the Tramper
Advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment especially at popular times of the year. The Tramper is hired out from the visitor reception.
A small hire fee of £5 for 2 hours is charged to help Hestercombe Gardens to offer this service.
