As the weather gradually moves from Winter into Spring we are pleased to be bringing an exciting set of new opportunities for those looking to explore the best of the South West countryside.
Goodbye and thank you to Trelissick
At the end of February we collected the Tramper that has been based at National Trust Trelissick in Cornwall for the last year. We'd like to thank the team there for hosting the Tramper for the last year and the opportunities this has provided. Plenty of opportunities remain in Cornwall from St Michael's Mount in West Cornwall to The Weir Cafe in North Cornwall, Penrose and Trebah Gardens on the Lizard Peninsula through to Mount Edgcumbe on the Rame Peninsula, with Lanhydrock and Siblyback around Bodmin.
Welcome to Castle Drogo - our latest site
It's been in the pipeline for some time but thanks to the dedication of the team at Castle Drogo, Tramper hire will be available from this Friday 1st April (it's no April fool!).
One of the most popular National Trust properties in the South West, the Tramper route allows access to the wider estate with the route following the top of the Teign Gorge and providing panoramic views across the valley to the northern edge of Dartmoor.
There is also a Tramper route around much of the formal gardens (admission fee applies to this part of the property). Click here for full details about the site.
Be one of the first to try out the Tramper at our latest site. Booking is recommended for first time users and for busier times of the week.
